With the backing of an R&D department at the forefront of technology, we now offers an extensive range of products : diving rafts, leisure pontoons, private jetties, bridges, catwalks, landing stages, etc.

Based at Port (Ain) in France (head office), our client employs 150 people and generates a consolidated turnover of €25 million, of which 70% comes from international contracts.


The mission consists in developing our sales activities and network in the Pacific Region.
To achieve this goal you will :

-  Handle business development activities to identify prospects who could be interested in our range of products and services
-  Advise and support customers in their design/purchase process
-  Sale projects and negotiate contracts with customers
-  Develop and animate your sales network over your area (business facilitators, agents, distributors)
-  Actively participate to networking events in order to expand your connexions within the market
-  Identify potential preferred sub-contractors and/or partners
-  Insure a global project follow-up from Sales related matters to final project delivery
-  Feedback field information to technical and marketing teams to adjust the offer to your local needs
-  Participate to local trade fairs to promote the brand
-  Report your sales and project activities to the APAC Area Manager
-  Manage your own Business unit (2 persons)


From a technical background (Master Degree), you would like to reinforce your B to B sales and negotiation abilities. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project related sales activities, you wish to be involved in a dynamic Group development process.
Job based in East Australia, ideally Sydney or Melbourne. Bilingual French and English, you have a good understanding of Australian work culture.
Energetic and mind structured, with a very high sense of customer service and sales development, positive thinker and franc, the candidate will share the company values and expansion project.
To get familiar with our company culture and products, a 2 to 3 months mandatory training and integration program in France and Hong Kong will be implemented.

Package : adjusted depending on experience – fix salary + commissions + bonus
